- Email address associated with the MagApe account
- Transaction ID and date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- MagApe will review the request and respond within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction. The refund timeline may vary depending on the payment provider and can take 5-10 business days to reflect in the user's account.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Users are encouraged to contact marketing@magape.io before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or restrictions.
